Sometimes we have to ship larger or heavier products and these may require a signature to prove receipt. If we cannot obtain a signature our Royal Mail or DPD representative may ask a neighbour to sign for you. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. If the the postal courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office they will leave a 'while you were out' card telling you when and where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery. Royal Mail (or the Courier Service) will hold your parcel for 7 days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us. We have a message service within our ordering system that will allow you the leave instructions that we can pass onto our carriers. If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs. We will try to deliver the goods within 30 days. Usually items will be delivered sooner. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you. We take credit card, debit card payments at the moment. All credit cards have a three stage security checking process to stop fraud. If we find that fraudulent behaviour is in play we will alert the relevant authorities and Banks immediately. If you are paying with a non uk credit or debit card the card will be charged with the exact exchange rate offered by your bank at the time of purchasing.
Bridgemill Direct Ltd, reserve the right to increase prices (products and postage) without prior notification.
